Three steps, and you can stop at any of them.
Connecting a bank is the part people hesitate over, so nothing happens to what we read until you have seen it and said yes.

Connect privately
Your bank login never reaches us. Plaid holds it, and we receive categories — never a merchant name, an amount, or a balance.

Review what becomes your Tab
Coarse patterns are suggested to you first, privately. A signal stays yours until you confirm it — nothing reaches anybody else on its own.

Control or remove it
Dismiss a signal, disconnect the bank, or delete the account — all from inside the app, and the images and records go with it.

What we receive
- Category families — “quick bites”, not a restaurant
- A coarse City, ST area you confirm
- Your time zone name, so mornings arrive in your morning
- The photos you upload
What we never receive
- Your bank login — Plaid holds it, we never see it
- Merchant names, amounts, or balances
- Your GPS position — the coordinate never leaves your phone
- Your messages, for anything but delivering them
What another person sees
- Only signals you confirmed
- A stylized photo — never your original file
- Never a score, and never the reason you were ranked
- Never your neighborhood down to a street
When you leave
- Deletion is in the app, and it asks you to prove it is you
- Records and image files are erased seven days after you ask
- Encrypted backups age out within 30 days
- You appear to past conversations as a deleted member

Most dating apps are empty until other people arrive. Your Tab is not: it reads your own week back to you from the day you connect, and keeps doing that whether or not anyone near you has joined.

ON THE PHONE
It prints, and then you tear it off.
Filmed on a device, at speed, with nothing sped up. The receipt arrives, you read it, and keeping somebody tears the paper off the roll.
SAFETY
Reporting somebody ends the conversation, immediately.
A report is never just a report. The moment you send one, you are unmatched and blocked both ways — you stop seeing them before anybody has reviewed anything.
- 18 and over. A bank connection is not identity verification, and we do not present it as one.
- Report, block and unmatch are free, and none of them tells the other person what you did.
- Every operator action on an account is written to an audit log with a reason.
QUESTIONS
The things people ask first.
- Do you see my bank login?
- No. Plaid holds the credential and we never receive it. What reaches us is a category family and a date window — no merchant, no amount, no balance.
- What do other people see about my spending?
- Only the coarse signals you confirmed, such as “live music”. Unconfirmed signals are used to rank your candidates and are never displayed — not to them, and not as a score to you.
- Can anyone see my original photos?
- No. Other members see a stylized version, and the camera metadata is stripped from it on your device before it is uploaded. The original stays in private storage.
- What does it cost?
- The parts that keep you safe are always free — reporting, blocking, unmatching, chat and deleting your account. Pricing for anything beyond that is not set yet, and we will not surprise you with it.
- Where does it work?
- The United States at launch. If nobody near you has joined yet, the app still works on its own — your Tab is worth reading before anyone else is in it.
- How do I delete everything?
- From Account inside the app, after we email you a code. Records and image files are permanently deleted seven days after you ask, and you can also ask by email at any time.
