Tab for Two
Terms of Use
Last updated
This draft describes the service as it is currently planned and implemented. It deliberately avoids adding enforceable clauses before review by a licensed attorney.
1. About this draft
NUBEEM, Inc. has not adopted custom Tab for Two Terms of Use. This draft is a review artifact only. It has no effective date, does not create a new agreement, and does not claim that a user accepted custom terms by continuing in the app.
Any future operative terms must be reviewed against the exact shipped app, approved by the company, assigned an effective date, and published before the app presents them as an agreement.
2. Eligibility boundary
Tab for Two is planned for adults age 18 or older in the United States. The released app must verify its age and availability behavior before reviewed terms can state an operative eligibility rule.
3. How the service is planned to work
Tab for Two is planned as an iPhone dating app that turns a limited set of transaction data into coarse lifestyle signals for My Tab and matching. It is not a bank, financial adviser, credit service, identity-verification service, or guarantee of compatibility or safety.
The product is still under development. A feature described in this draft may be unavailable, limited to a development environment, or removed before release. The shipped app and published Privacy Policy must be checked before any terms become operative.
The planned account entry methods are Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. Each provider button is intended to remain unavailable in an environment until that provider is configured and verified there. Tab for Two does not receive or store an Apple or Google password.
Age, profile, account-recovery, suspension, and deletion behavior must match the released app and reviewed policies before enforceable account terms are adopted.
Plaid handles bank sign-in. Tab for Two does not receive bank credentials and does not use a Plaid connection as proof of identity, income, wealth, creditworthiness, or safety. Merchant-level transactions and exact amounts are not intended for display to another member.
The separate Privacy Policy draft describes the planned collection, use, retention, deletion, and sharing boundaries in more detail. Those statements must be rechecked against the release candidate before publication.
4. Safety boundary
Tab for Two plans reporting, blocking, moderation, and account-safety controls. Several user-facing and operational paths remain under implementation. This draft does not represent an unfinished control as available or promise that product development is complete.
Community rules, prohibited conduct, moderation consequences, and other enforceable safety terms are intentionally absent. A licensed attorney must review those subjects before the company decides whether to adopt them.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription products and benefits are planned but are not made operative by this draft. Before sale, the app and App Store listing must show the localized price, billing period, renewal behavior, trial eligibility, restore path, and subscription-management path that actually apply.
6. Privacy and deletion
The separate Privacy Policy draft describes planned collection, use, retention, deletion, and sharing boundaries. Data export and account-deletion paths are not made available by this draft and must be verified against the release candidate before publication.
The Privacy Policy is also a draft for attorney review and is not yet in force. Neither draft replaces the product, security, or data-lifecycle controls that the shipped service must actually enforce.
7. Apple app license
Unless NUBEEM, Inc. provides a custom EULA in App Store Connect, the iOS app license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Future service or account terms would not replace the Apple app-license boundary. This draft does not replace or modify Apple's agreement.
